Comprehensive Wedding Design
When the idea of planning a wedding is overwhelming, the added need to design a cohesive, harmonious event can feel like far too much. Whether you want to push the envelope with a wedding that guests will talk about for months; or you’re envisioning a classically elegant and timeless ceremony and reception, we use our creativity and our relationships with vendors, to make your event perfect for YOU. We ensure that linens, table settings, rental furnishings, signage and florals all work together perfectly.

Wedding Floral Design
If you have been dreaming of your wedding day for years, you may have a complete vision of your color palette, your style, and your aesthetic. If that’s the case, we will design the floral arrangements and installations to seamlessly support your overall design. This service is for weddings where one or both partners have Pinterest boards that show design patterns. When you know what you want, we are here to execute that design.

But HOW does this work?
It is simple! If this piques your interest, fill out our inquiry form with your preferred (or reserved) date. If we are available, we will schedule a short “get to know you” phone call. This is when you tell us more about your wedding, and we get to know each other. We will be taking fast and furious notes that will help us build a preliminary proposal with real pricing. This robust proposal comes with a moodboard that reflects our understanding of your dream day. At that point, if we learn that we are a good fit for each other, we require a 50% (of your anticipated invoice) non-refundable retainer to secure your date. This is followed by a longer phone call, virtual meeting, or studio visit where we discuss the vases, candles, installations, and any additional designs that are part of your design.
When we have your floral and/or design plan somewhat solidified, we will send an edited version of your proposal that specifies all of the details. This includes the vessels for your florals, the ribbons for your personal flowers, the delivery time and location for your personal flowers, and the installation and strike schedule for your reception.
We schedule an in-depth phone call about 6 weeks prior to your wedding to go over each line item to make sure that all details are confirmed.Payment in full is due 35 days prior to your wedding.
